Holiday season

We have two major absences now. Parris and Danforth are both missing until September, and the rehearsals have moved into a patchy, segmented stage. Looks like a good time to do all of those tidying bits I was talking about before!

We are working with Celena (Tituba) for the first time on Sunday night, and will attempt a run of Act 1 without Parris, on Tuesday, to fit her in, and cos it hasn't been done for ages!

Set building starts on Monday, and we will have a test of the projector and screen in the morning. The highlighting of the cross is a popular discussion point for the techies at the moment. invisible UV paint may be the best option, but this is still under investigation!

I think it will be a hard few weeks with those two (an others) missing, but we need to get though them as positively as possible. Luckily, Fiona came back yesterday and (even though she has some more absences approaching) is still keen to sit at my side and assist!

Haven't started the music yet, and I'll now look at making a movie for the opening sequence. It's all go!
