On target!

Progress check - we've had 18 rehearsals out of 39 scheduled. We've set three quarters of the play, and have now started on the last quarter (Act three!).

I'm pretty pleased that we seem to be where I'd want to be at this stage. The cast are growing more and more into their parts with every rehearsal and it's looking good.

I'm going to start work on the music and opening effects soon that we're fully cast. I'm using a religious theme, mixed with Caribbean rhythms. It will be a fine balance, but should work really well if I can judge it right.

It'll be an interesting week, setting Act three. We have the girls doing their hysteria bit, Danforth's big entrance and Elizabeth's short but big moment. I love this act!!!

Also working on the schools project this week. I need to create a teaching plan. I'm taking a few lessons for local schools, looking at the play and hopefully letting some of my enthusiasm rub off! Should be interesting!
